Sometimes the honest verdict is that nobody can tell
The pressure is always to produce a verdict. Refusing is the harder discipline and the one that keeps the rest of the numbers worth anything.

Most public predictions cannot be settled by anybody, ever. That is a finding about the prediction, not a gap in the archive.
Indeterminate is a verdict
63 of 126 records here can never settle automatically: they name no threshold, no deadline, or no source that publishes the answer. Marking them indeterminate is not a failure to decide — it is the accurate thing to say.
The alternative is worse. Forcing a verdict means someone deciding what a vague sentence probably meant, which turns the record from something you can check into something you have to trust.
What it costs
A site full of claims nobody will ever score is less satisfying than a leaderboard. It is also the only version in which a verdict means something when one does arrive.
