The other benefits of the Team and Pro plans is that you get API access and analytics so that you can manage the feedback. The downside is that even with the Pro plan you only get one integration, meaning you have to choose between Slack, Trello, G-Suite or another platform. The Enterprise Plan allows up to 3 Integrations but costs significantly more.
Pendo Review
We love that they have so many features and integrations. This is definitely one of the top contenders on the market. However, the cost is quite a bit more compared to Canny or Uservoice, so it depends on your budget. If you can afford it though they are a great option. Products like their NPS and User Onboarding makes them a one-stop-shop.

- They have a lot of features and if you’re looking to simply collect feedback, it may be better to go with Canny or another simpler option
